For custom telephony the warm transfer can be done using retell number , using the user’s number you will have to contact your provider to get permission for it since they are the one who’s blocking it

yea i don't see anything in the call either, but the data is being sent via 200 status in a webhook response via make.com (via the "call_started" method)

you should send it via the inbound webhook , not the call_started

the only events i'm getting are call_started, call_ended and call_analyzed

go to the phone number tab , you will find a checkbox to enable inbound webhook
then before each call you will get this webhook

no , but you will have to handle the logic on your server ( make.com ) to separate how you will handle each of them

the make.com server just isn't receiving the inbound_webhook event. it's only getting 3 events per call (the ones i mentioned above)
