Hi, we had multiple users yesterday report that they started calls but didn't hear the AI agent. It seemed to be intermittent yesterday afternoon. They would start the call via browser, then not hear anything. Here are 2 call IDs:

I saw that there was a status page update but we didn't get any notifications in Slack. do you know why that may have been?

I've told the team about about this issue of status page update and it was fixed , from now on anything happens you will get an email as soon as possible.
