Hi @DonDiego , Please check the following: -Trailing Spaces: Ensure no extra spaces were included when copy-pasting the API key. -Key Permissions: Verify the API key has permissions for "Event Types" and matches the account owning the Event ID. -Environment Match: Confirm you aren't using a Sandbox key for a Production event. Try a quick test of that key in Postman or via curl to see if it works outside of Retell. If it fails there, you may need to regenerate the key in your Cal.com dashboard.
