I have an issue with what I am being charged for the components. Your documentation says elevan labs should be 7 cents per minute but the data coming from the retell webhook is telling me that is is at 11.7 cents per minute and gpt 4.1 is supposed to be 6.8 cents per minute and it is 11.25 cents per minus according to the retell data. Hello @User - These are the costs for the call. The surcharge is on top but the 11labs and gpt 4.1 are separate and a lot higher than the picture you posted. Even the Knowledge base is more than 50% more. the unit price here is for seconds not minuts eleven labs -> 0.11666 * 60s = 7 cents same with others
