This is almost a week now as my account is blocked by "Verification Needed:Your account is on hold for further verification due to high volume calls, please contact support@retellai.com with your company’s name, use case, and verification that you represent the company" i sent email with all documents and noone is responding (except AI), i didnt even start using a voice agent, its just test phase where he calles my numbers, please help me verify it, everything is on hold for a week this is not ok.

Man I'm having the exact same issue, mine has been two weeks now, the customer support is non existent, please let me know if you have been able to get this solved

I did and he responded to you and unblock it for you if its blocked again , that mean your agent has a prompting issue that is flagging your agent.

i removed all prompts and updated the one that is left, would it be possible to look again and unban account

What's the difference between these three outbound transport methods while integrating Retell ai to an external number provider via sip, which one has the lowest latency? I’d say udp is fastest, tls encrypts data if you ever need that

@User @Colin - Integrations @ Retell AI @Omar Ashraf | Community Lead guys we are having this issue with you for a month and its still not solved, we are on the brink of giving up, and quiting retell, because support is just ignoring us, i sent multiple mails and they just not responding, or responding efter few weeks

It should be fixed now.
