For calls from +44 742 648 4028 to +44 7533 964375, Call History shows:

Direction: outbound
Session Status: not_connected
Disconnection Reason: Dial_no_answer
No transcript
My mobile number +44 7533 964375 receives calls from other phones normally.
Inbound calls to +44 742 648 4028 also work.

It looks like outbound routing from this number to UK mobiles isn’t connecting.
Can you check the carrier logs for Call ID <your call id> and confirm why the call is failing before it rings?
