Call ID: call_5f8d7fab1de5ce0ed7fa4536ad7 Agent ID: agent_13db7934ab9f196d81c535f4d1 The Issue: dynamic_variables sent via Inbound Webhook are visible in developer logs but are never accessible to Logic Split nodes. The Evidence: I performed a latency check by placing a Logic Split node 1 minute into the call flow. Even at the 60-second mark, the variable spam_flag remains unpopulated and defaults to the "Else" path. Status: Payload structure confirmed as: { "call_inbound": { "dynamic_variables": { "spam_flag": "yes" } } } Request: The 1-minute delay rules out race conditions/latency. Please investigate why the session context is failing to map received webhook data to the LLM context. Attached Images: 1. Make.com Response: Proof of correct JSON structure. 2. Retell Developer Logs: Proof the data was received. 3. The Full Graph: Showing the 1-minute latency check setup. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1451960563381829652/1451960563729961184/Make_Webhook_HTTP_Response.png?ex=69481326&is=6946c1a6&hm=b63a7e2ba6e2d7dcea91dbec39cb9e3016ae516a25cd153b75d1759323fdc785& https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1451960563381829652/1451960564095123557/Retell_Log_Screenshot.png?ex=69481326&is=6946c1a6&hm=fde5681e16feee4a9ec2e26411c20e68d15f4c34032e6bcc6f272608cca4850a& https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1451960563381829652/1451960564514558024/Full_Graph_with_Latency_Check.png?ex=69481326&is=6946c1a6&hm=e54bb6e68872fc827d05e273e665f92ca60ab7fb9d786b06a1df102f066a565f&

I can help! The issue is that your webhook is wrapping the dynamic_variables inside a "call_inbound" object, but Retell expects dynamic_variables to be at the top level of your response, not nested inside another object. Quick question: Can you modify your Make.com webhook to return the dynamic_variables directly without the "call_inbound" wrapper?

Thanks @Flashtum for your help! I just tried, it didn't work: This is the webhook in Make: { "dynamic_variables": { "spam_flag": "yes" } } This is the retell.ai log: 2025-12-20 17:18:08.987 call_8a7d881532d5712dd30031e6570 info: inbound call_inbound webhook response: { dynamic_variables: { spam_flag: 'yes' } }

I can see the webhook is now sending the correct structure and Retell is receiving it properly based on those logs. The dynamic_variables should now be accessible in your Logic Split node. Can you test the call flow again with this corrected payload and let me know if the spam_flag variable is now populating in your Logic Split node? If it's still not working, there might be a different issue with how the variable is being referenced in the node itself. Also, I'd be happy to jump on a quick call or work with you directly on this if you'd like more hands-on help troubleshooting. Feel free to DM me if you want to discuss further!

I already tested and it didn't work. That log is the result. I would love to hop on a call!
