We’re facing an issue with the call transfer feature in Retell AI (single prompt agent). After the call is transferred from our AI agent to a human agent, there is a noticeable ~1 second or ~2 second audio delay. Because of this, when one person speaks, the other can’t hear them immediately, causing interruptions and overlap. This happens consistently on all transferred calls, while the AI portion works fine.

Could you please let us know if this is a known issue or how we can resolve it?
