Hello Retell Support Team, This is Yersultan Jussakinov, writing from the email used to create our Retell account. Our account is currently on hold due to verification, and the hold is impacting client operations. We have already reached out from our corporate email info@call2action.ai, but haven’t received a response yet. We are ready to complete the verification and confirm that the government ID we plan to use has not been used for any other Retell account. Could you please enable the verification flow in our dashboard as soon as possible so we can proceed? This is critical for ongoing operations, and we would greatly appreciate your urgent help in resolving this promptly. Thank you for your time and support! @Yersultan

@Omar Ashraf | Community Lead Hello Retell Team, I’m reaching out regarding an issue with our workspace after the KYC process. We received confirmation that the KYC issue was addressed and that the account hold was lifted. However, we are still unable to place outbound calls. Every attempt results in the following error: Error creating phone call Request failed with status code 429 Workspace details: Workspace Name: Call2action.ai Workspace ID: org_ZwLwOx5uwekSRsit Could you please check whether the workspace is still partially restricted or rate-limited on your side, or if there are any remaining blocks related to KYC or compliance? We’d really appreciate your help in fully restoring outbound calling access or letting us know if any additional steps are required from our side. Thank you in advance for your support. @Omar Ashraf | Community Lead are you here?

Hello @Yersultan , the usually takes one business day, I will see if can expedite that for you.

@User Hello, I’ve tried to submit my business profile for review as part of the 10DLC registration and it keeps getting rejected for the business registration number being incorrect. I’ve reviewed the application several times and cross-checked with the formal documentation I have for the business (IRS letter providing the EIN number) and it is correct. I reached out to support@retellai.com providing screenshots of the application I filled out and attaching the formal documentation to show that the number is correct. I get an automated reply saying to use the correct EIN number and re-submit. Is there a way to get a manual review of my application? I’ve asked for it via email, but I don’t get a response. Workspace ID: org_cIrPsfyDN4c19c3l This is pretty urgent as it's preventing us from launching our operations. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, how do you track efficiently how many minutes your clients’ agents perform over x period of time?

Hi, This is John from Stevenson Asset Management. We have sent multiple mails to verify the hold on our account- john@stevensonassetmanagement.com. But getting no solution. Kindly help regarding that. Your Evy Ai is replying the same thing again and again on the Email.

Hi, @Daniel D We usually track it by logging call start/end timestamps per agent, aggregating total talk-time in a dashboard (daily/weekly/monthly), and tying it to client IDs for clean reporting. Happy to set this up end-to-end for you if you want, including alerts and billing summaries.

Will create my own tool just curious if there was a mainstream tool ? Do others have this issue?

Hi @Omar Ashraf | Community Lead , we are still waiting, why it's so slow?

Hi @Omar Ashraf | Community Lead , We’ve been waiting for 3 days already and cannot continue working. Could you please help us? We are receiving a lot of complaints from our clients, and we’ve been working with you for over a year. That’s why this situation is really concerning for us. We urgently need your help with the verification of our account. Thank you and looking forward to your quick support.

Hello Support Team, I’m reaching out to request help expediting our KYC verification. At the moment, our customers cannot use calling features because our KYC is still pending/on hold. This is blocking active client operations and causing immediate service disruption. Could you please: 1) Review our KYC case and advise what is missing (if anything), and 2) Escalate or expedite the verification if possible? We are ready to provide any additional documents or clarifications immediately. Thank you in advance for your help. Best regards, Abylaikhan Azamatov Call2action.ai

Hey! Yeah, I’ve seen similar issues before with partner listing outbound links. It’s often related to redirect rules, tracking parameters, or mixed HTTP/HTTPS causing the links to fail on mobile and desktop. Happy to take a quick look and help you debug it @AndyN🚀🇬🇧

@Omar Ashraf | Community Lead - Hello! I am trying to run a batch call and have it set to "Send Now" but it is not making calls. I made a test batch with just my personal number to call and confirmed calls are not being made. I ran a batch earlier today and it worked.

Thanks for letting me know. Since your earlier batch worked, it’s probably something small with this new batch Do you want me to do that?
