what is the best way to set up texting for low volume with a retell agent. I don't just want to use the SMS tool, I want to have scenarios in the background on n8n sending texts. I am using a twilio number I have created. It is a US number. I know to text you can either go for Toll free and 10DLC. Which one works better for one way texts with around 50-100 texts per month. Do I just register for toll free and do everything with that.
