I got charged $318 yesterday and have an outstanding charge for $118 today. We have never had call volume over $20-30 a month. I checked the call logs and it is not real conversations, it is not even our agents having conversations, but a bot voicemail repeating calls over and over for the same durations. I would like help stopping this from happening so i dont keep getting charged and getting refunded as these arent real conversations @User @User @User
