Hello @H1F1 , I checked your workspace and you have a verified phone number which is used to cost a $100/m , recently it changed to $10/m , now I'm checking with the team is the last invoice before the new pricing or not.

well, 2 critical things here, 1- in any place is mention that a verified number will cost $100/m and 2- I don't need it as I will not make call with retell, I do the verification process just because wanted to short the time process of whatever needed to quickly try the tech if could work for us, but actually we have not make to call a single time. so because is not shown the price of that, please cancel the verification number, and refund me that money. I will only use the $2/month number to receive calls for the AI agent, only that.

done, just delete the verification. $10/month is fair but anyways I will not needed for the next 3 months, so I am pretty sure I never saw any cost even like $10/m, instead I only saw the cost of $2/m for the number and never about verification even that there are few fields to fill. unless than that it seems is working.
