@AI Evy Is there any way we can add a team member when someone purchase our service in Retell?

Thanks for tagging me @Kate. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer --- You can manually invite team members to your workspace through the dashboard. [(1) ]() To invite members: 1. Click the "Workspace" button in the bottom left corner 2. Navigate to the "Members" tab 3. Click "Invite Members" 4. Enter the email addresses of team members 5. Click "Send" As an admin, you can also assign specific roles (Admin, Developer, or Member) when inviting users. [(2) ]() However, there is no documented way to automatically add team members when someone purchases your service. The invitation process is manual through the dashboard. [(1) ]() [(2) ]() If you need to automate user provisioning based on purchases, you may want to reach out to Retell support to inquire about any API capabilities for user management, or check: - [Workspace]() - [Access Control]() Would you like a general answer about potential automation approaches?

@AI Evy Can we automate that?

Thanks for the follow-up, @Kate. I'll get back to you soon.
### Answer Based on the available sources, there is no documented API endpoint or method to automatically add team members to a Retell workspace when someone purchases your service. The sources I have access to cover call-related APIs and call automation workflows, but do not include user management or team member provisioning APIs. The team member invitation process appears to be manual through the dashboard, as mentioned in the previous response. Check out these potentially useful sources: - [Update Call]() - [Call Automation]() For automating team member provisioning based on purchases, I'd recommend reaching out to Retell support directly: - Visit [Contact Sales]() Would you like a general answer about potential automation approaches outside of Retell's documented features?

@AI Evy I created a new workspace and added a User, however this user has now access to all the other workspaces. The Role restrictions are good (exmaple, Member role doesn't see Billing) but not limited to the Workspace they are added. They have same access to all workspaces. To follow what Kate was asking, I want to Create one Workspace per Client so they can be added as Admins to that workspace and Manage their own Billing. Or at very least as a Member so they can view the setup and reporting. However, I can't have them be able to see or access other workflows.

### Answer Based on the available sources, there are some important limitations to be aware of regarding workspace isolation and billing: Workspace Creation: Only the organization owner can create new workspaces—admins cannot create workspaces themselves. [(1) ]() Billing Limitations: Workspace admins can manage team settings but they cannot manage billing with their own credit cards. All billing is tied to the organization owner's account and payment method. This means your goal of having clients manage their own billing as workspace admins is not currently supported. You cannot automatically share a payment method, and it must be set manually for each workspace or you can request org-level billing from support. Regarding the access issue you're experiencing (users seeing all workspaces instead of just the one they were invited to) : the available documentation does not address workspace-level isolation or explain why a user would have access to multiple workspaces after being added to just one. This may be a bug or a configuration issue. I'd recommend reaching out to Retell support directly: - Visit [Contact Sales]() - Check [GitHub]() Would you like a general answer about potential workarounds for client isolation?
