If the call logs button is behaving inconsistently (e.g., showing wrong call logs or logs from a different batch call) , try **clearing your browser cache** and trying again. [(3) ](<https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1444360142840922213>)

If the issue persists, you may need to reach out to support with your **org id** and **batch call id** for further assistance.
