Yep. I have the same one for backup purposes. If you have signal you will get very good speeds.

Problem happens if you don't have a decent 4g connection. I basically have an Airtel dongle which I have dismantled and used the sim card in this one.

Advantage with this is it support any sim and can attach external antennas.

Found it better compared to having some signal boosters which is more costly
