I have been using/testing this time/productivity tracking app for for a month now. Was mentioned by @calm-grass-85557 on a call or thread. I’m quite satisfied with it. This app keeps working silently in background and only need my intervention in organizing some tasks which are put under ‘Uncategorized’ by the app, and creating some rules on project specific tasks if I want to count project specific timing. At the end of the day, it gives out fair overview of how I spent my day on my computer; productive, non-productive and neutral hours. Anyone else tried this ? I’m planning to purchase the one time license. Although they seems transparent about privacy in their privacy statement, but I don’t know. https://qotoqot.com/qbserve/

I have used RescueTime in the past, similar product though it had web sync and android/iphone app too. Should be a good purchase if you find it useful.

Any updates on your observation regarding privacy? I’m planning to use it @crooked-daybreak-310

Nothing concrete @faint-match-73564. Other than their declaration in the privacy section on website, there is nothing else about it. Though I didn’t track the data sharing in depth, but I could not notice any privacy breach either. I would also like to have someone testify the privacy part. BTW, I’m testing rescue time app these days.

I’m sent them a mail to use better language in privacy policy and provide some assurance as well. Let’s see.
