Can someone suggest me the best way or free app to record screen and reduce hissing post recording. I am learning to share my knowledge with others. I could record the video with windows screen recorder post which there is lot of hissing in video.

I use krisp.ai (referral link with 1 month of pro), and it works fairly well for even screen recordings. Removes fan, background sounds, etc. (Not sure what you meant by hissing sounds) — but this may be worth a shot.

Interesting but it seems a bit expensive considering that you can get a decent microphone for 2k to 5k and have much better audio quality

@faint-energy-11966 it is more about background noise cancelling. A decent microphone will in turn catch even the minutest of sounds - and you’ll need this even more 🙂 Though a bunch of hardware microphones do come with some noise cancellation but you can’t do stuff like remove babies crying, dogs barking, traffic sounds, etc. Krisp does that quite well.
