Has anyone faced an issue with their 2nd vaccine certificate? It's been a month since my parents got their 2nd dose and they still haven't received their certificates. I am seeing similar reviews for some centres on Google Maps. I am due for my 2nd dose soon so I am quite worried 😅

My friend didn't get her first vaccine certificate. She went to another hospital for 2nd dose and they took care of that. What surprised me is that both batch numbers are same, taken 3 months apart from 2 different hospitals. 😅

I registered online for both. Got my second today. My certificate is now ready on cowin. Maybe the issue is related to walk ins?

Everyone in my family got the certificate within minutes of getting 2nd dose injected, but there have been reports of elaborate scams in multiple cities (specifically Mumbai).

My parents got the legit vaccine (hopefully). They just didn't get their certificates. Is there no helpline for resolving these issues? Vaccine passports are a thing now so it could become a big problem when travelling

You can raise a dispute on CoWin, or alternatively get in touch with the hospital itself as I recall when I went to get my 2nd shot, there were a few people who came to hospital regarding their missing certificates and hospital raised that dispute from CoWin backend.

Even walk-ins are fine (most of the time that is). I got immediately at the centre in 2 mins. The issue is mostly if the centre is taking them all down and entering in batch and missing out. Has someone ever had an issue where the centre says they have done it (like right in front of you) for you but cowin is the one with issue?
