What is your greatest strength?
Mine is problem solving. I keep at a problem till I can find a solution. Actually I am more curious to find out what was the root cause that I get too involved - and loose track of time.
how has it served you on the job?
Normally when someone reaches out to me with work - they know that I will find a solution. This has helped me a tot since I don’t have to look out of new Work. What is your strengths ? Each one of us have strengths, some are aware and some need to ACK it. I Hope we all think about it and hopefully answer - or atleast think !!

I read this quote in a book (Tools of Titans) by Amelia Boone that I am stealing which I think explains my own strength well. I think I have a good threshold for being able to stick with something and make small progress regularly no matter how sticky (and often painful).

When it comes to work I'm able to disconnect my actions from my thoughts and emotions. This allows me to observe my thoughts as an outsider, which in-turn helps with better decision making.

I would like to say that my strength is curiosity. My curiosity led me to learn Ruby on Rails (and make the shift away from Cobol), attend CodeCamp event in Dharamshala (that impacted my life philosophy), hang out in online communities (led me to start RI), attend a Vipassana course (kickstarted my spiritual journey), and Learning about crypto. But sometimes it's a curse as it leads to shiny object syndrome πŸ˜‡
