Yeah I got it last week but just started monitoring from yesterday. Seems to track my regular finger-drop monitor closely. Will try over next week to form more opinions

It works pretty well. Got good insights into my patterns and reaction to different things I consume/do. But that said, since I don't have any major issues, I will be discontinuing the sub next month onwards since I dont think it is worth continuing this forever if you are mostly fit
