Where are you buying large appliances (washing machine, refrigerators, air conditioners) from these days?

Offline: Croma, Snehanjali (Digi1), Vijay sales in that order of priority

Online?

Got the fridge from amazon and washing machine from flipkart. Both very good experiences.

Amazon business FTW!

haven't bought any of these online yet! These showrooms are always ready to match the online price in my experience

Bought an AC this year from Amazon. Good exp. with installation too. Local shop guy was quoting 5k more.

@powerful-planet-56851 - You're not buying these from Amazon Business for GST credit, are you?

Economies of scale 🐕

I have a different experience, after visiting almost all the big stores in my town, I found one which is offering 3K-5K less than online price with free delivery and installation. Bought Ac, WM and DishWasher and all are good. All the other store were matching online prices after bargaining and some were willing to go down even by 2K but no free delivery/installation depending on the brand. And with valid reciepts as well. No extra cost for card swipes, if fact the owner was encouraging to use CC because of no cost EMI and cashback as well.

I’ve been using Flipkart more than Amazon for appliance purchases (they have more options, better prices).
