Hi Everyone, I am trying to setup production monitoring for our team and was looking at tools like Pagerduty, I have used Pagerduty a year ago and it was good and it had all the standard features that anyone would need, but I am just curious if there is anything else that is better than Pagerduty and also maybe cheaper than it? Since I am setting this up again, want to see if there are better alternatives in the market. Let me know if you have tried any such tools. Thanks.

pagerduty is "industry standard" - others include VictorOps, OpsGenie. been with teams which use pagerduty for 5 + years & is rock solid

Sorry for a shameless plug. We at Grafana release Grafana OnCall which is included in our free forever plan https://grafana.com/blog/2021/11/09/announcing-grafana-oncall/ While it is not as rich in features as Pagerduty, we are moving from PD to OnCall for our internal use so we will continue to improve it. Please do give a try if that interests you.

Don't know about cheap but yeah we use a Datadog + Pagerduty setup at Niyo.

Any recommendations for Google cloud Infra?
