To begin with, this is my status:- • Office is now opened with 15% capacity. This will increase in the coming months. • Then after 3-4 months, it will be Hybrid (need to come for at least X days).

I am part of a fully remote organization.

In Pune so MNCs have started with 30% capacity and will slowly increase in next 2-3 months. I think from June companies will go full office mode or hybrid mode

In my office (Germany) we are asked to come atleast 1 or 2 times to the office but it's not mandatory
