How long does it take for your EPFO passbook to get updated?

For me, it takes more than a month to reflect last months contributions, sometimes more. I am unsure if this is a general case or not.

Passbook updates had been quite irregular for me as well when I had an active contribution to the account. Sometimes it took around 2 months

2 weeks after my salary credit is when my passbook gets updated always. I am part of my company EPF organisation not the government EPFO. I am part of shell EPFO. So my passbook is also maintained separately
