Hey tribe, anyone here interested in building hostel or co-living spaces? A property owner approached me, good views, in Temi, Sikkim. Another owner approached for a property in West Sikkim. If you are committed to the travel/remote life and want to build a business then this business has good future. All financial details for my own hostel will be open for reference. But these properties are much larger.

I work remotely all the time and would love to stay in your hostels. Would also love to help you build up these places. Can't help much financially but will try and help however I can.

Hey Vipul, I'm now not sure if I'll go to Mexico or Canada. One of my teammates is in Canada and we are thinking as a team if everyone wants to meet in Canada instead.

I think you replied to the wrong thread, but it's all good. Our team is also in between decision of where to host the offsite. Right now Mexico seems like a strong contender
