You may want to do your research on side-effects of artificial sweeteners in such products that claim to be healthy due to no sugar.
This one appears to have Maltitol and Stevia.

Okay, good catch. My doctor (a certified dietician and nutritionist) recommended it for weight loss. I will check this out.

If you aren't travelling, then maybe you could buy the seeds and nuts in that bar (50-200gm packs each, available in most healthy-food or "organic" stores) , pan-roast them and keep them handy in a bag/jar to munch-on along with fresh/dried fruits or with a bowl of milk for breakfast. 😋

This I do, but not for all the ones mentioned in the bar. Good idea 🙂

Stevia is a natural sweetener and is safe to consume. However, Maltitol is not.
Perhaps safe to consume on short term but definitely not a long term product.
