Hey! I've been working on-off on an Android app for some time now. Development is mostly done, but I've been putting off the logo + publishing + marketing part for a while now. Does anyone here handle any of these parts or know someone who does? Mainly the logo. I'm also not super satisfied with the UI design, so if there's some UI design wizards here, please ping me.

What specifically you want to know about logo+ publishing + marketing ? DM is open.

Try Logojoy

I have a few friends who can help you design the logo. DM me, I'll share their work samples. I can help out with UI design.

Sidharth, can you share • a brief description of your app • app name • any screenshots Creating a logo should be easy/fun task 🙂 i generally use Inkscape

It's basically a minimal live wallpaper for android which is powered by Lottie animations. You can test out the pre release one with a generic logo and some basic screenshots. Do give feedback on it! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dev.sidharth.live.wallpaper.minimal.amoled.lottie.kinetica

Try logology for the logo.

I'm also not 100% convinced on the name either, so suggestions welcome there too 🙈 Basically the creative part of my brain sucks 😂

Don't worry too much about a name and logo. (BTW, I do like Kinetica). Just launch it. Neither (the name or logo) is going to make your break your app at this moment as an indie developer. (I know it is easier said than done - and I have been guilty of it myself many times). If it picks up and you make good $$$, you can invest in getting a branding company to work with you.

Kinetica. Live Wallpapers (motion, energy, ...) Hmmm... How about one of these 2? https://www.flaticon.com/free-icon/pinwheel_2971035 https://www.flaticon.com/free-icon/wind_578158
