Hello Tribe, Anyone is using MI Robot Vacuum Mop? Do you recommend it? and what are other alternatives to look for? (I knew, this question was asked earlier but I couldn't search it due to slack limitations)

I have been using ecovacs ozmo 950 for about a year now. My experience have been good with them, so far. The reason I went with them 1. They are somewhat costlier compared to MI robot. But functionally I believe is a lot better. At par with roborock. But cheaper than roborock 2. They have a decent customer support in india, if you buy directly from https://ecovacsindia.in/ They also run sale, quite often, cheapest you can get onefor is around 28-29k. 3. There is also a decent supply of spare parts, from the importer company in india, which is also a big advantage compared to MI.
Also Mopping would work ok ok, on good tiles floor. mosaic or cement, mopping is not that good. The tech is not there yet.

I have the Mi Robo vacuum mop. It has a few challenges for larger houses, but other than that, is does a reasonable job.

Charges twice before covering 1500sqft. Keep an eye out on the water tank. Doesnt always tell you if its empty before going on a mopping spree. Minor kinks. But we generally liked the product.

Thank you for information. I faintly recall @loud-glass-33663 was recommending some modal as well.

@elegant-rose-70104 I have an iRobot Roomba. Just the vacuum. No mopping. The 976 model bought a couple of years ago which is no longer in stock. I have had a good experience with iRobot in general (have another one for my parents) which does a decent job of cleaning the place. If you are contemplating a Robot Vacuum cleaner, https://www.youtube.com/c/VacuumWars this channel should be your go to place for any and every comparison. (I have spent way too much time here).

Thanks @loud-glass-33663 and you also had Dyson vacuum cleaner or was just recommending?
l
Yes. We have a Dyson V10 for many years now. The Dyson is a far superior vacuum cleaner -- but you have to do it yourself. The Roomba came during the lockdown. If you are looking for spot cleaning (or once in a while cleaning), I'd recommend the Dyson over the Roomba. Our Roomba hasn't been used in a while now.
