What's a good ergonomic chair for a budget of 20-25k? Ideally where I can sit for upto 2 hours at a stretch. Searching through slack I got featherlite and green soul, any specific models or other brands that I should be aware of?

https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B09B2DKQTW as an option (the footrest is a big plus for me)

I would go through olx to find some herman miller or steelcase chairs being sold refurbished/used.

Featherlite Helix is what I've seen recommend most in this range. Personally not used though.

I would strongly recommend Featherlite. Have a bunch of them and some of them are still going strong after 8-10+ years. They make great chairs at a reasonable price point. The other thing I would strongly recommend is you track down a Featherlite store and try out their chairs. I am a big proponent of online shopping but there are somethings that you just need to try out before you get them. And considering this will last you for the next 5-7 years, it is worth spending a little extra to get a good one.

Quite a long video, but brands like steelcase haworth and hermen miller are pioneers in office chair
Also featherlite gives you option to get their products on rent You can try couple of models and decide which one suits you

I have been using green soul from a while and it's fine But i can't say about it's quality comparatively to Featherlite

Thanks guys, I'll go to the featherlite store. Didn't know they give out chairs on rent as well.
@salmon-processor-35222 I doubt Haworth chairs are for anything less than 70k. The youtuber says he got it for 35k but I doubt that. If that's so I'll jump on it. Let me confirm with the store.

Get one with a headrest. It's essential imo
