Hello #tribe I am planning the team lunch for the remotely distributed team. So, if you had team lunch/dinner virtually, then can you please share what and how you did it?

Here is what we did:- We asked employees to order food/drinks for themselves and join us on the dinner date. For the ordered food/drink, they were reimbursed after sharing the receipts. The dinner was a teams call for around ~2 hours (of course, videos ON 😁).

P.S. I am working in an MNC (~100K) employees, with hybrid work options. My team is distributed (India, Poland, and London).
