Halfway through Atomic Habits. Thanks for indirect recommendation guys 😄... So many interesting concepts and methods in this book. Loved this one - "It doesn’t feel good to fail or to be judged publicly, so we tend to avoid situations where that might happen. And that’s the biggest reason why you slip into motion rather than taking action: you want to delay failure."

Awesome, What was your major learning @many-finland-41873?

Quite a few tips, tricks and hacks to learn a new habit, leave old ones etc. It's a brilliant book with a few similar themes as that of Hooked by Nir Eyal.
