@acceptable-flag-71699 joined your communities - but is it strictly about "Learning" and the "Art of learning" only - because the book club would be more than that actually - depending on the interests of the group - you have to look at life holistically here - I'm picking Top books in Business, Relationships, Health (My Top 3 pillars) and condensing them into Action steps/goals/daily habits that we can do every damn day.

Yeah, Having core goals is a great way of self improvements without all the overhead. How do you guys keep it simple (I usually get bogged up in details and end up going back to same routine)

QBR/Yearly reviews - Quarterly / yearly goals & themes - converted to weekly/daily habits - add to calendar - track every 3 months and year and move forward - simple 🙂 Major hack: Have themes, not goals (james clear, james altucher everyone wrote about it)

What tools do you prefer to keep track of such progress?

Also, can you point me to an article or something where I can dig more on setting up QBRs for personal progress?

https://jamesclear.com/annual-review Use this format and break intro quarters Simple evernote works - never think about tools - use where you store your stuff I have 350 notes and 30 notebooks on evernote - so I'll always use that

Yeah, not too keen on tools, but kinda wanna learn more about it.
