I had started reading it but did not finish. It was a good read. On that, you might also like Effective Executive by Peter Drucker.

Thanks for recommendation. I’ve read Effective Executive. The concepts and chapter are nice. But coming from non-commerce background it uses a lot of corporate jargons.
