Hello guys, from where do you buy paperback books (non-fiction)? I was looking on amazon but in most of the reviews people are complaining about pirated books.

Hey there! Yes, I've been buying books from Amazon since a long time (more than 5 years) and so far, I've never received a pirated copy.

I have ordered some books and two of them were photo copy with terrible paper and printing quality.

Been buying books since 2014 on Amazon. Haven't experienced a pirated copy as yet. @clever-midnight-12420 were you able to return the books OK and get proper copies? I have received crap stuff on Amazon -- but returns have always been painless and the signal to noise ratio is still quite high for me. Bookswagon is a seller on Amazon -- but you could buy stuff directly from them as well.

One thing I've noticed is that, I've never recieved pirated copies from CloudTail or even moderately popular books from other sellers. It's when we go into the "unpopular" books, thats when this number goes up.

I have only ever received a pirated book once from Flipkart. Never shopping there again. I should have known the price was too good to be true 😀
