Ego is the Enemy โ€“ Taught me to calm down, take feedback with a pinch of salt (crucial in my line of work being a Product Designer) Rejection Proof โ€“ Started giving more job interview to face rejections instead of avoiding them, switched jobs this year and more than doubled my previous salary (underpaid to decently paid).

For me it was Atomic Habits. It turned out to be the most actionable book on the habit formation front. On the personal finance front โ€œThe Psychology of Moneyโ€ was densely packed insights book. More than actions it was things to do and not do kinda book. So I would categorize it as actionable. โ€œNo rules rulesโ€ was another book on the work culture front. It helped me on the feedback exchange with colleagues front.
