How's this book called Atomic Habits? I read summary of the book and was wondering if its worth to buy and read the entire thing?
l
I've been planning to buy the book since a long time but don't know if it's worth it.

I finished 50-60 pages and I feel there is a lot to learn from it. If you are planning to build good habits or get rid of bad ones. There are a lot of things about how unconsciously we build habits and have to make them work for us. It is worth a read and it has good short chapters. I’ll recommend the book to anyone who is looking to improve habits.

It’s amazing. For me personally, it was life changing. One of things I did after reading that was working out daily and it has impacted nearly all areas of my life (not exaggerating). I would recommend you buy a hardcopy, read it and think of different ways to implement lessons given in it. You won’t regret buying it.

Get Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg instead. More precise, more practical and more useful.

Atomic Habits is one of the best books i have read

If you know how to create a habit then it won't be that useful, but you can definitely read it to get in-depth of habit creation.

Out of all the habit books, I found Atomic Habits overrated. It is the most well written book and the most marketed one. But I did not found the insights in the book novel if you have read tons of blogs about the subject. Habit by Charles Duhigg was revolutionary when it came out. Then Atomic Habits came which is the most popular one due to good writing and marketing. Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg is most insightful. Also BJ Fogg personally, later as Tiny Habits website has been running free 1 week habit formation courses since last 15 years or so. On a flipside BJ Fogg is the guy to blame for as his methods were initially used by Instagram and other social networks to make social media more addicting. But you can always use the concepts in a good way in your personal life.

Atomic Habits is not just theory about habits. It's the most actionable book you can find on habit formation.
