Try The One Thing - its about deciding that once thing you can today, this week, this month or this year, that makes everything else easy/unnecessary.

Not a book. But I do follow this framework of Tim Ferris while making any critical decision in my career or in real life.

Thanks @gifted-magician-57633 That was a good video. Hadn't seen that earlier. It is a good framework. Intentional. If we can delve into another video (Sorry Poornima), this one by CGP Grey has a small 5 minute section on "How do you make big decisions under uncertainty?" which is great to have watched. I keep coming back to it regularly.
