Nice and did it involve weight lifting in similar methods like 5*5 too? Were you able to increase 5-10 kgs every week? It's getting crazy for me now

Yeah, since I wasn't bulking, the progression wasn't that high, but I was lifting twice as heavy by the end of 10weeks. I was squating almost my body weight by the end of it.
I was able to increase almost 2-4 kgs every week
