Doing IF 16:8 since last 5 mos. Good stuff. Brain feels clear, also losing fat effortlessly. Have you done 20:4?

NOMAD, OMAD fasting doing now and UMAD - a combination of all 3

I’m doing IF 16:8 Day 4 now. No changes yet. I’m hoping I’ll notice changes/improvements in a week.
Also, I don’t feel that hungry when I’m on my fast.

nice, what benefits does 16:8 long term give you? What do you generally eat in the feeding window generally?

Earlier I usually feel sleepy and not active in the morning after breakfast. Now I am feeling very active both physically and mentally. I had some stomach problems earlier, but after started doing it's gone. I usually eat chicken, eggs, millets, dal, and sometimes fruits if I feel hungry. I try to eat less rice.
