On Day 4 of my fasting ritual, finished 60 hrs fasting and broke fast and now on another 60-70 hour fast - it's getting pretty intense now! Following it for cleansing, fastest ketosis, building new habits and looking at a new way towards eating and diets
Big realizations:
• Hunger is a construct of the mind, we do not need the crap 3-4-6 meals a day for sure!
• Fasting is the fastest way to get into ketosis (5kg burnt, 3.5% body fat down) - but have to sustain this with OMADs post fasting
• Meditation and every feeling in the body aggravated during fasts - you are more present than ever
• Sleeping is tough - need to work on this!
• Human body has genius surviving mechanism - you really don't need a lot of food
