The biggest consumerism ever sold unfortunately is "FOOD" itself, it really never was needed more than your 1-2 meals by early humans
Don't get me wrong, I love food, my 20-30% external spends are on Dining out, drinking out from my walnut analysis and one big reason I travel.
But, after this fasting experiment and now IF / OMAD lifestyle - it's insanely surprising how much crap we don't need or is in our bodies already. Highly recommended IF , OMAD, NOMAD in any sustainable way you can incorporate in your life in 2020 and beyond
