The biggest consumerism ever sold unfortunately is "FOOD" itself, it really never was needed more than your 1-2 meals by early humans Don't get me wrong, I love food, my 20-30% external spends are on Dining out, drinking out from my walnut analysis and one big reason I travel. But, after this fasting experiment and now IF / OMAD lifestyle - it's insanely surprising how much crap we don't need or is in our bodies already. Highly recommended IF , OMAD, NOMAD in any sustainable way you can incorporate in your life in 2020 and beyond

Hi @swift-pilot-25722 , how was your experiment with OMAD. Are you still following this. How good is OMAD on long term. Also, any long term consequence which you might had faced?

@agreeable-article-40766 thanks for reminding, OMAD is hard to do long term for me. But I still do it occasionally as it was an amazing experience - like every 3months or so If you can do it long term, kudos and best. IF > OMAD for me long term, but will need to experiment more. OMAD doesn’t work out socially or with my partner, so those are some issues
