Hello Tribe! 91Softwares is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join our core engineering team for one of the client projects. We have a small, tight-knit team and we have been operating remotely since 2016. We are looking for self-starters who have a desire to work autonomously and developers with a curious mindset. Our team is spread across different time zones throughout the world and we are seeking developers in India who are expected to work between 6 PM - 3 AM. ------------------------ Requirements: - Must have at least 7 years of experience in building complex web products end-to-end in Ruby on Rails. - Must have a good grasp of all parts of the stack right from frontend to backend, in the frontend we use React so we prefer people who have at least 2-3 years of minimum experience in React. - Other technologies, databases & frameworks that we use includes MySql, Redis, Spree, Elasticsearch and Kafka. - Being a remote-first company we try to document and collaborate using different tools like Jira, Dropbox, etc and therefore written communication and weekly documentation becomes a priority.
