Hi all - This is Sudip here. I am helping build the RI community along with other good folks here 🙂 Wrt the wellness survey, attaching the result below (screenshots). Here are some findings: - Focus better & avoiding distractions (68%), better life routine for wellness (64%), and overcome stress and anxiety (56%) are the top 3 issues people are looking for help with - Hobby circles (58%), 1:1 counseling sessions (49%), support circles for listening/discussion (40%) and meditation practice (39%) are the top 4 ways people think they can be helped with - The first two (above) are difficult to execute at a scale for RI right away, but we can ideate on hobby circles to an extent. - As the 1st step, we are planning to pilot weekly/bi-weekly sessions on meditation (including introduction, short experience, Q&A) to get people started with regular practice. This is something I am personally invested in and passionate about. It will start helping people learn to become calm, stress-free, and focused. - As the 2nd step, we can pilot pseudonymous/anonymous listening sessions or discussion topics around specific aspects of wellness (mindfulness, distractions, routine, happiness, stress etc). Listening sessions can be particularly cathartic for people. Will help in building the community as well. Will share the specifics about the meditation sessions plan soon!
