It's a service based remote company, I have a question on how much is reasonable to ask for and what are the justification parameters to base on. Any idea on how much companies are willing to pay Indian developers ?

This comes up often. Comparisions are very pointless in our industry. Don't commit to numbers early, let them come up with offers.

Thanks @victorious-architect-75 So basically my problem is choosing remote vs regular job based on numbers, Companies like gojek,Google and Microsoft offer the same amount of money as mentioned in the above calculator to a senior software engineer.
