Hey guys, working on some ideas of how to change my use with phone in 2020 using tech/smart tech and would love your quick thought on this survey - just hit up with the number emoticons (search "number" in emoticons if you can't find) What is the first thing you do after getting up in the morning? (in terms of tech use) 1. I use my phone and I love it! 2. I use my phone and I hate it! 3. I don't even touch my phone for the first 30 minutes or more 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣

I switch off the wifi/data, put it in on silent mode at least 30 mins before sleeping. To make sure I don’t use mobile first thing in the morning, I’ll keep it away from my bed. And to make things more easy, I’ll try to schedule my daily habits in such a way that I don’t end up using phone before or after sleeping. Reading books helps, both before and after sleep. Hope it helps :)

Similar to Prasanth, I have the daily habit of doing health activities right after waking up. That allows me to avoid using phone.

Like Prasanth and Avi, I also turn off my mobile data before sleeping. No notifications mean no urge to check them.

Yes, I'm always on Mobile data/wifi off - but I still have the damn urge to check it and turn it ON - but I'm working on new habits to override that , great point on health activities & reading etc - will be more consistent with those I'm starting to design new smart tech triggers too , which is helping and will share those after testing eg: "Good evening, alexa" , "good morning, google" and then magically 5-6 things automated happen as needed
