Anybody know of a Mac tool which looks at your calendar and just shows a pop up at the right time for calls? You click a button and the right app is fired for the call. (Instead of you having to pull out your calendar entry, click on the link, etc).
Just remembered Fantastical has something like this - https://flexibits.com/fantastical#conference-calls-section but not quite.

Woah! @helpful-raincoat-87337 @damp-coat-97256 These are exactly what I hand in mind. Thank you very much πŸ™ Going to try out all of them. Not having to give another app permission to Google Cal & Outlook is a very welcome feature of

@many-minister-78351 Tried all of them (thanks folks πŸ™Œ ) But currently, I am using Meeter (free) which works well. For zoom, it is able to start the application directly (instead of opening the browser link) which is excellent. Also, it has a shortcuts feature which is nifty - you just add your contact’s zoom links with passwords and it is a one click to chat with them. Oh and I remember they have enabled all premium features while we are in COVID.
