Hmm.. Slightly unfair but not by much. Even in a city, it comes down to where you are living. Also, if you are in an apartment complex, you are more likely to have more robust internet compared to a bungalow.

It's "Low" even in the third dimension!

With the general experience I have had in Mumbai, Pune and a few more cities in MH, I am not surprised. I have found only JIO Fibre deliver promise and good service. I have even has issues with ILL internet in office.

If you pick the entire country and it's population for sure, it's bad - only few pockets are too good for remote world

Surely proliferation of digital payment systems pretty high now, especially for people who are and can do remote work

Looks like a biased one. Have friends working remote from 5+ years. Def not low. May be avg.
