What programming languages and OS platforms are responsible for a majority (say, 80%) of people's incomes here? Doesn't need to be a laundry list of everything you know or work on. I can go first, with possibly the most unfashionable set of programming tools. 😀 I work in C and assembly with a sprinkling of shell scripting and bad python, everything on Linux.

It is interesting how unimportant the Microsoft platform has become compared to 10 years ago. Of course, this is a small sample size, but I've noticed this trend among other groups too.

@helpful-gigabyte-47939 I have been a .Net Dev for most of my life. First remote gig was in .Net - but very few startup companies - which are more open to remote work prefer MS stuff. You are looking at mostly enterprise - and then things like being a US / UK resident matter. It's a pity though cause it is very productive framework.
