What is your preferred tech for creating quick landing pages (feature list, pricing table, hero images, footers, newsletter button etc). • handmade pages with bootstrap/tailwind/material? • some pre-existing bootstrap themes? • wysiwyg editors like wix or squarespace or unbounced? • handcoded react/angular app? • static site gen like nextjs or gatsby? • something else?

I am not a good designer so I usually look at stuff on themeforest.net and buy a couple of themes that work for me and then tweak it around. 95% of these are Bootstrap themes - so you get locked in that system. Semantic, Tailwind based themes may be available but choices are limited.

There are many options now: Carrd, Dorik, Landen, Softr, Versoly, Webflow. Each of these have their own pros (website metrics, ease, templates, etc.) and cons (price, no blog support, etc.).
