What's difference between personal blog and hugo

Hugo is a static site generator similar to Jekyll, except that it is written in Go (while Jekyll is written in Ruby). I don’t get why Hugo is an option along with personal blog in the poll. 😄

Yeah yeah I meant I use hugo for my personal blog, saw the option after voting personal blog 🙂
